(Migrated weblog post from LSR)
That is just the interesting heading from the following web site: Streamload that I have just found thanks to one of my colleagues at work. Apparently, this particular web site allows you to easily send and receive huge files and they mean huge:
“It’s easy to move huge files around with Streamload. Send up to 50,000 gigabytes (50 TB) of files to anyone by sending secure email links, or directly transfer files to the recipient’s Streamload Inbox”
Doesn’t that sound really great ? I mean, for quite some time I have been looking for a web service that would be offering this kind of functionality and although I did find a few like Dropload, Rapidshare, Uploadit or even Putfile somehow I wasn’t just totally convinced by most of them, although I am still exploring their full potential and see how much they would accommodate to my needs. So I may change my mind in the near future, you never know. Anybody out there can share their experiences with any of these offerings ?
However, Streamload seems to be fitting really nicely in what I would expect from such a service, since it is very easy to use, it allows you to manage your files at all times and what is even better it has got different options regarding the kind of service you may be interested so if you become a heavy user at some point you still get a chance to use the service paying a reasonable amount of money.
So if you are looking for an online service to be able to exchange large files with an incredible ease of use then you may want to check out the extensive set of other features that Streamload has got to offer. Needless to say that as I go along I may be able to weblog some more about this offering and see how it is working out as I get to use it more heavily throughout time. So stay tuned for some more to come.
